“Does the RS265TDRS provide cold water or is ice needed? I recently purchased a new samsung fridge from bestbuy and have seen some complaints of it not providing cold water through the dispenser., if so, how much water is stored in the fridge, or is there no water storage in the fridge (that can be cooled)”

The water temperature is cool, so you need to add ice to make it colder. The cool water comes right out of the dispenser.

The water from the dispenser should be cooled to the refrigerator temperature as long as the reservoir is filled long enough for the water to cool. If the dispensed water temperature is warmer than the fridge setting it may be because the water in the reservoir is being used at a faster rate than it can cool. Thank you for choosing Samsung.
