I had so much trouble with my old Whirlpool frige that I keep a thermometer on the top shelf of my new Samsung. So far the thermometer reads exactly what the frige readout on the front panel is set for. You may need to get yours checked by a Tech. Mine is doing just exactly what I have it programmed to do.
