• Just purchased this refrigerator and love it! Yes - they light up when setting, using the water/ice station, or when you close the door.

• Hello! When setting the temperature the temperature display with illuminate. When you press the panel the icon corresponding will illuminate. Thank you for being a Samsung customer! ^Lena
