QuestionHow to adjust control panel to make ice again in bottom ice maker.

- Answer There is no “bottom ice maker.” The bottom is only a freezer. The ice maker is the one you see in the door. It works very well. If you need extra ice, you can remove the ice it has made and store it in a plastic bag in the freezer. But you can also just buy ice at the store.

- Answer Call Samsung! Bestbuy doesn't fix anything! They aren't certified in Samsung Repair! I would call Samsung and tell them and let them assist. They are good at finding companies in your area to service the unit. Also, they may have an idea to issues that are common....which this issue is not. We just got our unit a few weeks ago and its working Stellar! 1 (800) 726-7864

- Answer Samsung crap, yes it scratches by siding virtually any magnet across the doors! Had mine 3 months now, looks like it is a few years old. Tgis is from sliding simple magnets. Take a few different magnets to try out on their display models so no one else buys this.

QuestionThe shelves appear to be connected to each other with a plastic pin or clip. There appears to only be a bracket on one side of some shelves. Can they be adjusted to independent heights or do they have to remain side-by-side for support?

QuestionI have a tight space to get the refrigerator thru to get it into my kitchen. Can the doors be removed as well as the freezer drawer for delivery and installation? If so, is that included in installation cost? What is the depth with doors removed?

- Answer Yes, the doors and the freezer door can be removed. They can be re-installed very easily once the refrigerator is inside the kitchen. The depth with the doors removed is about 30 inches.

- Answer Hi Hime, To adjust the temperature, you have to press repeatedly the freezer button until you get to the desired temperature, you can do the same for the fridge. The recommended temperature is 0°F for the freezer and 37°F for the fridge. ^Joan

- Answer Hey MKK! I encourage you to dispense water from the water dispenser until it runs out completely. This will lower the amount of pressure in the filter housing, and make it easier to remove the filter. Just remember to turn the water supply valve on once the new filter has been installed. ^Penny

QuestionHi we have opening 33 1/4 wide with wall to the right side, question is are we gonna have a problem with right side door on the fridge to be able to open properly, the fridge dimensions are 32 3/4?

- Answer My suggestion would be to not recess the fridge to cover the doors. Leave them just outside the opening.
