I'm so glad you asked, DELA! To help answer this, I'm providing this link (https://bit.ly/3lGYy5y) to the user manual for this model. Pages 16 and 17 have diagrams and dimensions showing the required spacing for proper installation of this model. ^Jecca
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It only stick out about 4 to 5.5 inches. I was worried but it's not a big deal to me, I love it and I'm getting a lots of compliments about it. The color is perfect with my kitchen appliances and backslash.
