A:AnswerHello Critter, I can completely understand how frustrating it would be to only get 8 ounces of cold water. Our refrigerators are similar in the way that they do have water reservoir but I am happy to tell you that ours hold about 2 liters or 67 ounces of water. When the water is used up, you only need about 15 minutes for the reservoir to chill the water again. ^Ty
A:AnswerOn each shelf of the freezer you will see a little rectangle opening. That is where the cold air comes out from. Make sure that on every shelf it is cleared - not covered. When you do that the fridge will not freeze your items.
