I'm happy to help with this. In the center of the control panel (located on the right interior of the refrigerator) there is a "Freezer" button. Tapping this button will cycle through the available temperature settings for the freezer. ^Jecca

Press and hold the lock button at the bottom of the control panel. It will blink and in a few seconds, it will chime. Now you can set temperatures.
