Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Good morning, Emmanuel! Ours hasn’t been delivered yet and won’t be until mid-September. I write now to advise contacting customer support for Samsung or the folks at Best Buy (I assume you’re like me and had someone install it). I don’t actually know how this model works, but I do know that the one my family had growing up produced cool, not cold water. This was because there was no reservoir. It basically drew it from what was a tap in the wall and filtered it. There was not time to chill the water. My thinking is this model will be the same, but I plan to ask the folks installing it when it arrives. I am sorry I cannot be more help. I understand your frustration - I’m a guy who likes a cold glass of water, too! :)
