The right door is a few mm lower than left. Manual says insert a philips screwdriver in hinge shaft and turn counter-clockwise to adjust upwards, but when I insert philips screwdriver, it does not seem to mate w adjusting screw head. Any ideas? null

We have the same problem with our new refrigerator. There is just a flat surface inside the hinge shaft. I read in the manual that fastener ( also called snap) 
 rings could be inserted in the hinge, and that two should have been supplied with the unit- but we did not receive any.

Yes, I called in a warranty claim. Guy came out and adjusted the door with Philips screwdriver. He said he turned the adjusting screw counter-clockwise until it moved the door up and level with the door on the left. You could try yourself or call it in like I did. Good luck.

I have the same problem with a brand new RF28JBEDB type fridge. I've looked inside that adjustment screw hole for both doors with a flashlight, to find a flat surface with no Allen wrench or Phillips socket to turn. The left door is supposed to be flat, but the right is supposed to have an adjustment screw. Wondering if someone at the factory grabbed the left-side part for both sides.

The suggested support link is dead, but a Google search turned up their new web address. Had a long chat session with official Samsung support. The result of that was a suggestion for me to remove and reinstall the doors... Unsure (and skeptical) that this will help, as reinstalling will not magically carve a Phillips head into the door hinge-pin as the manual suggests it should have. But I may do it anyway, as it is possible something is misaligned or turned upside down and will show itself.
