“Our ice maker makes a really loud noise when trying to dispense ice, and nothing comes out. We are trying to remove the ice bucket to see if some ice is jammed but we can’t get the bucket out. Any suggestions?”

Please try again later.there seems to be a problem with the ice bucket. it do not always go all the way in and freeze the ice cubes together when not dispensed for long periods. Take out the ice bucket and drain it... make sure there is no ice residue in the ice bucket enclosure and make sure to push it all the way in when you put it back.
