Hey Yoguru! The FlexZone has 4 settings to choose from: Wine 41°F (5°C); Deli 37°F (3°C); Beverage 34°F (1°C); and Meat 30°F (-1°C). ^Jecca

yes you can bring down the temperature to -1 C
