A:AnswerI would sudgest raising the freezer temperature. The maximun is 5 deg. F. At first my icemaker was very slow producing Ice. My ice cream was also so hard I had to wait half an hour to get it smooth enough to eat. So I raised the freezer temperature to 5 deg F and it seemed to work for both.
