“How do I raise or lower the temperature of the freezer or refrigerator? Is there a control panel?”

There is not a control panel on the front, although there is one on the inside right hand side. However, it does not have arrows to allow me to move the temperature up or down, etc. Do I have to push a button on the indicator to do that?
