Does this fridge come with a built in Sabbath mode? null

Not that I’m aware— not mentioned in manual.

Hi Perry, Yes, the fridge does have a sabbath mode functionality built into it. Please see page 47 under the "Sabbath mode" section of the manual for details on how to turn it on and off.
