A:AnswerShouldn't be! There is some standard refrigeration / compressor noise as it cools and works, but nothing too loud or seemingly a problem
Read the manual for recommended settings and verify with SAMSUNG. They are so helpful if you call their representatives.

A:AnswerHi Perk,
We understand the difficulty you are experiencing with your Samsung refrigerator model RFG298 series. We are here to help.
There are several reasons why water is pooled into your crisp drawers and the common reasons are leaks from the water filter/back wall and or condensation. I have shared a Samsung link below to guide you on what to check for. The link has 4 radio buttons you can choose from, we recommend going through the second, third, and fourth selections. The third and fourth selection has an embedded video we encourage you to watch in full.

A:AnswerThere is a little screw that needs to be loosened and then all you did is push up (or left for the horizontal freezer handle). The fridge came with an allen key that fits the screw.

A:AnswerHi PapaOla
In the past, Samsung has increased the amount of ferrous material in the stainless steel panels to make them magnetic by customer request.
However, we do not have any records as to which models are magnetic or which are not.
The best way to find out would be to visit a local vendor like Lowes, Home Depot, or Best Buy to see if they can stick a magnet on the door. You can also try calling them and seeing if one of the agents there can try for you to save a visit.
Have a great day.
