I reviewed the specs for both units and I expect they are compatible. The monitor has HDMI 1.4 capability. Having said that, the monitor capability does not have capacity for true 4K 120 Hz refresh capability, only full HD at 60 Hz (limitied gaming experience). The graphics capability of the x-box is well beyond the ability of the monitor to be used and you would not be satisfied. I bought this monitor to be used with computer, not for gaming, rather work, and it is fine for that application.
