“Does this monitor actually reach 1440p 180hz native? It says it has Display port 1.2 and HDMI 2.0 and both of those do not have enough bandwith to support that without compression.”

It Depends. Be aware this monitor comes in two model variations... the G50C and the G50D (C vs D). While the G50C will only reach 1440p 165hz... YES... the G50D "will" actually reach 1440p 180hz. (see pics) The menu / display photo was taken of my G50D purchased at BB Dec 2024 and connected to PC via DisplayPort.
