I bought mine at the same time. They delivered and installed and set up everything. I think that's automatic with no extra charge. I did however pay for them to remove my old washer and dryer. I hope I'm right and I hope this was helpful. :)

I’m not sure, we bought ours with them and they installed both at the same time! I hope they do!
