“how do you unfreeze the touch screen? I have the model rf4287ha and I can't get the touch screen to work. I just got it today. The manual says to hold the power cold and power save buttons at the same time but that is not working.”

Thanks for the question. If the RF4287HARS is in "Cooling Off" or "Demo" mode, you can release it by pressing the Energy Saver and Power Freeze buttons for at least 3 seconds. It's very important to press the buttons at exactly the same time, and hold them for at least the full amount of time. There is a reset area- look at where you get water and ice- look up there you will see a hole. Straighten a paper clip and push. that should reset it.
