the only way to do this is to remove the cover enclosing the ice maker and thaw it out, this is a recurring problem Samsung has on a lot of model and to date have refused to fix, there is a class action lawsuit against them for this, check out this website https://www.classaction.org/samsung-refrigerator-ice-maker-lawsuit
