• Hi Luckyturk21, Yes, to get the ice bucket removed you only have to lift up and then pull out with both hands, one hand on the right side and the other on the bottom part. ^Joan

• No. Unfortunately the ice goes straight into the dispenser from the maker. There is no container or tray that can be taken out with the ice in it.
