“Samsung RF28HFEDBSR - Icemaker stopped working suddenly, water works fine, not sure what to do? I tried to push the ice maker reset, I got 1 chime, but not the 2nd. It's not making ice. I don't know what to do. I saw 1 comment about the water level.. I see no where that I can see water level. Someone else commented about the 'full' arm, I see no arm. It's not on off... so I can't imagine what went wrong.”

The Samsung RF28HFEDBSR has a known defect with the ice maker. I would suggest you avoid Samsung fridges at all costs. Samsung has known about this for many years - there are class action lawsuits happening in the US. Search for this model and you'll find many articles and TV news reports.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ice gets stuck between the ice maker and the side of the fridge. See pic. Make sure there is no ice stuck there. This happens to us all the time. The ice maker needs to be clear of obstructions to work. Since removing the ice that was stuck the ice maker has been working. I’ve had mine for 2 years now and had to do this 3 or 4 times.
