“Purchase this refrigerator two weeks ago and the water does not come out cold. Did they forget to turn something on or do I need have it repaired already? I read their is a gallon reservoir, that's what makes sure you have at least a gallon of cold water”

• When our technician installed ours, he mentioned that something had to be turned on for the reservoir water to cool... You may need to speak to a technician who's been around for a while.
