QuestionWe have the above tv. The glass above the vegetable and meat drawers had something spilled on it. We have noticed on the back of the glass there are two tabs that hold the glass in place. Can these two tabs be flipped up to then remove the glass? Thank

QuestionHow many gallon jugs of milk can fit in the door? Specs say 3 shelves, gallon sized, but I can't tell if they are all tall and wide enough to fit 6 gallons of milk in there. (Standard sized gallon jugs).

- Answer 4 standard sized gallon jugs will fit in the door. There is a third shelf that is the same size, but it is too short to fit in more jugs. Shelves are adjustable in the fridge in case you need to store more, but the door storage will only hold FOUR. (I just got the fridge yesterday).

QuestionThe dividers in the flex drawer move to the back of the drawer when I open and close the drawer. Is there a way to have them stay fixed? There is nothing in the owners manual on this.

QuestionHi I am considering buying a white Samsung 4 door refrigerator. I have 2 boys and fingerprints are an issue. I read that the white is a smooth white on the doors. Is that a matte smooth or a sheen smooth? With that, do fingerprints show up?

- Answer It's more of a sheen smooth but haven't had a problem with fingerprints. I looked all over town to try to see any Samsung in the white finish, but all anyone had was stainless steel. I'm not a big fan of stainless. I am very pleased with the look of the white!

QuestionDoes the Door display monitor the internal temp of the frig. Once the temp.is set, will the display show the variation in temp when the frig. doors are opened. How accurate is the thermostat? What notification is given if the frig. temp rises too high?

- Answer I can only answer one of your questions. The door display shows the temperature inside the main refrigerator and the freezer. I do not know the accuracy and I don't know if there is any notification if the temperature rises too high.

- Answer If your still within your one Year warranty you can call Samsung about it. But they wouldn't help me. I had the same issue. Don't buy Samsung anymore.

- Answer Just push the icon for your freezer and the number will go down then reset itself back at the high setting and start down again. For 1deg I wouldn't even worry about it.

- Answer When you add the refrigerator to your cart and/or check out, you will be asked about delivery, installation and haul away. I received free delivery, but I had to pay for installation and then had to pay separately for haul away. I did choose haul away and installation as part of the purchase.

- Answer No, it does not sit fully flush to the wall. It needs to be away from the wall slightly to circulate air. Mine is set about 1 1/8" from the wall.

QuestionI just bought this refrigerator from an individual. He thought he was helping & saran wrapped the whole thing. I understand the front is the only thing stainless, the sides are some other material. Do you think it will peel off when the saran is removed?

- Answer No it wont. The side is metal and very similar to what traditional fridges have been entirely made out of in the past.

- Answer the sides have stainless on the doors but then are a grey plastic on the sides. They are not stainless. We have a high end home and opted for size rather than what the old one was ~ counter depth. It does stick out...but love the size with family of 5 ~ 2 teen boys that like to eat .
