Probably not. My Best Buy doesn't have any small TVs in the store, but you can order it online. The first one I ordered came with a cracked screen and the store reordered it the first time they saw the TV. They took care of me right away. They were surprised it was broken so my guess is the TVs mostly arrives in perfect condition. My second one was in perfect condition and works great.
