I have a hearing problem how good is the sound? null

The quality of the sound is good but it isn't that loud when turned all the way up. In a quiet environment like a bedroom it should be good enough. In a noisy area it may not be loud enough for someone with hearing difficulties. I'd try it first in a store.

The sound was pretty good for a flat screen, but we still bought a small insignia sound bar that works well for my mother who also has a hearing problem.
