“How do I take out bottom glass shelf over vegetable bins? Water filter is hooked to it. If something is spilled I can't get it out to clean under glass”

If you remove the bins you should see small tabs toward the front of the filter just under the glass. If you squeeze them you should be able to lift the glass while leaving the filter in place.
