Shipping lock, can you post any pictures, make sure you remove ALL the plastic that came with the refrigerator.

My reply, figured it out, the flip up shelf just needed a push up from the bottom clip with a little force. ALSO note: The other shelf that slides back, the installer did not remove the shipment tape that kept it from moving. ALSO note: the installer did not remove the "COVER INTERLOCK" see step 8 in the installation manual, Page 39. This is an important safety feature that will not work if the "Cover Interlock" is not removed. It is at the top of the left fridge door on this model.
