you have air in the system, you'll have to run the water long enough to purge it. this usually happens when you change the filter or disconnected the water supply .

Please try again later.The issue has corrected itself as we found while researching online that the dispenser can drip during the initial cool down period which is caused by the temperature difference in the water tank causing pressure to rise and push water out. Once the fridge had run for 24 hours the temperature stabilized and there has been no further dripping.

I would be on the phone with service to have them out to see if there is an adjustment. When dispensing ice a very small drip first comes out but it does not drip after water or ice so I would say you have a slight problem.
