Detailed instructions for connecting your new RF28HFEDBSR French Door Refrigerator to your home's water supply can be found in the User Manual that comes with the refrigerator, or it can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website. Samsung recommends using a new water line installation kit that contains copper tubing and a ¼” compression nut, though plastic tubing is also acceptable. I've attached an illustration from page 16 of the User Manual showing the basic parts that are needed. It's also recommended to have the line installed by a qualified technician to ensure it is installed securely and will function properly. Thank you for choosing Samsung! Ms. Samsung
