“I just got delivery of model# RF28HFEDBSR yesterday. One problem is the display panel changes the ice setting from "cubed" to "crushed" on its own, like every 15-30 mins. It is random, but it beeps and seems like a ghost is touching it. Please advise.”

• I'll answer my own question. BB sent out GeekSquad and replaced the entire display panel and it's fixed.
