• Hey Icemaker! I can help you fix this. Please check out this link: https://bit.ly/2nVPpd3 to help you get cubed ice. Also, cloudy ice is normal, when ice freezes quickly, it can trap air in the ice. This causes the cloudy appearance. ^Penny
