Questiondoes the door come off when installing, the reason i ask is to get into my kitchen the widest space is 29 inches to get it. everywhere else is fine so if the doors come off does it measure 29" inches.

Please click on the user manual link below and turn to page 15. 2 and 3. After about 6 months (and typically, about 300 gallons (1200 L) of water), the filter indicator blinks red for several seconds when you open the door, reminding you that the filter needs to be replaced. QuestionCan you open the inside drawers all the way when the door is open to a 90 degree angle? I am designing my kitchen and, on the fridge side, there is about 6" of clearance between a wall and the refrigerator. Will this be an issue?

- Answer Replying to Samsung's answer, I've already looked at the manual on page 17. The dimension of the fully open door is 18", but it does not say anything about whether or not the doors must be fully opened to open the internal drawers all the way. Anybody else have experience with this?

QuestionJust had my fridge installed. I noticed frost right away in the freezer coming from the ice tray. I cleaned the frost to find out the source. Sure enough its the ice tray. Any idea how I can fix this? It seems to leak when the ice tray fills up with water

- Answer Hi there! I'm happy to help sort out the confusion on this. I have this link (https://bit.ly/3hP7cx2) to the user manual for this model. As you can see on pages 31 and 32, it only has the option to change the refrigerator temperatures to between 34 °F (1 °C) and 44 °F (7 °C), and the freezer temperatures to between 5 °F (-15 °C) and -8 °F (-23 °C). For comparison, I'm also including this link (https://bit.ly/3jVuQdQ) to the user manual for model RT21M6213SG/AA, one of our FlexZone models. You can see on pages 29 and 31 that this alternate model has a "Freezer Convert" option which allows you to switch the freezer compartment to refrigerator temperatures. ^Jecca
