“At the bottom of the freezer door, there are notches for another door shelf, but there is no shelf there. Why is not a bottom shelf included? If it is not included, then why put the notches there since you cannot use the other freezer shelves there?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m wondering the same thing, and haven’t seen Samsung respond to that mystery. I asked the sales associates they responded just how fridge was designed with notches at the bottom but No shelf, doesn’t make sense.
