I purchased this monitor for editing and its great ! For Netflix as well ! lol I personally have a windows surface laptop and an HP tower but as long as you have your adapter HDMI cable you should be fine. Monitors are designed to be compatible across the board. Cool Feature about this monitor, if you wanted to its possible to run to separate HDMI's projecting two separate devices in the one monitor simultaneously. One on left half of screen and the other on the right perfectly divided.
