• Yes it does, I play 4K (with HDR Support) Netflix on my PS4 Pro through the HDMI 2.0 port that's on the back.

• No it does not. I tried to play content on netflix and amazon prime video and apple tv app. Neither worked. Not only does 4k not work, but also 1080p. Because the monitor is not HDCP complient at all.

• no it does not, HDCP 1.2 does not allow copyrighted content higher than 1080p
