“Hi I recently purchased this monitor. But I am unable to turn on the HDR. My laptop has windows 10 home and intel UHD 620 graphics card. in display settings under "display capabilities " Stream HDR video is NO. can anyone suggest the solution?”

Unfortunately I don't think your Graphics are up to spec to handle Pushing out HDR to the monitor, even if the Laptops screen may be able to show UHD. This is a 60hz Monitor and its only able to do 30 in your screen shot. This seems like too much monitor for your 620 card.
