“Gamma Curve, driving me crazy I play games and watch streaming media. I've calibrated monitors many times over, I actually know what I am doing :). I just can't get this one to look right. When I am sitting in front of it everything is WAY too dark. If I stand up and look down at it, I get exactly the picture I'd expect. I've adjusted everything on the monitor and within my graphics card settings to no avail. The only way to get any detail results in having to set the gamma too high. In the Witcher 3 they have, as most games do, a picture that you are supposed to adjust the gamma until you can "barely see" it. Well, I have to set the gamma to the highest setting in game to even have a hope of seeing it at all. Again, setting it at the mid-point, standing up and looking down at the monitor reveals the image I want. The monitor is directly in front of me, about 4 feet away with the middle of the screen being at eye level. Any help would be appreciated.”
