QuestionA 2020 HW-Q70T soundbar connected to a 2020 Q90T (55" or greater) TV set should be Q-Symphony enabled, or at least supported. My 2020 soundbar connected to a 2020 TV set, via Samsung supplied eARC cable, has no Q-Symphony mode. Why Not?

QuestionHello! Two questions First why does the HWQ60 have 360 watts power and the HW-Q70T and HWQ800T have 330 watts? Second question Is there any difference between the HW-Q70T and the 800t? I know the 800 has an 8” sub vs 6.5” Is the soundbar the same?

- Answer Hi! The HW-Q60T is a 5.1 soundbar featuring the acoustic beam to provide surround sound. The HW-Q70T is a 3.1.2 soundbar featuring the improved acoustic beam 2.0 to provide the height channels for Dolby Atmos. When stepping up to the HW-Q800T you gain a larger subwoofer for more immersive bass, as well as built in Alexa support eliminating the need for a separate voice assistant. ^Tim

- Answer SPL? Would that not depend on several variables? Volume setting, room acoustics, distance from soundbar and if the soundbar is level with listener's ears? How do you arrive at an arbitrary SPL level unless you know the variables? Curious. I don't have an answer.

QuestionI am looking at purchasing a Q70T 65" TV and mounting this sound bar underneath the TV. I plan on on having the TV tilted down. Does anyone have any experience with this setup? I am worried that the sound bar will prevent the TV from being able to tilt.

- Answer Hi SadBoy, easy peasy, plug your sound bar into HDMI 3 (earc) and your gaming console into HDMI 4 (HDMI 2.1 port). The 4th port should have a little game controller symbol next to it. Happy gaming! ^Scott

QuestionSecond try on the immediately previous question. We would be pairing this soundbar with an OLED TV from LG, not a Samsung TV (Samsung does not sell OLED, else we would consider that). Will the LG (not Samsung) OLED control the functions of the soundbar?

- Answer Yes it should. As long as you have a hdmi arc input on your LG. I have my Q70T soundbar connected to my 65" Hisense arc input and it performs phenomenally!! I hope this helps! You'll definitely enjoy the Q70T soundbar! Enjoy!!
