“Ok have a samsung dvd player and want to play the sound through the soundbar but the dvd player has 1 HDMI output.....suggestions?”

• You should connect the DVD player via HDMI to your television using one of the available HDMI inputs (don't use the HMDI input marked ARC). Once you have the DVD player connected to the TV, you should see and hear the content from the DVD player on the television. Next, using another HDMI cable, connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI input on your TV marked (ARC). Connect the other end of that HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC connector on your sound bar. Whatever is played on the TV will output the audio to your sound bar.

• You can always use the HDMI cable to connect the dvd to tv and then bluetooth the TV to the soundbar.
