“Is something wrong with mine? I find the bass to be very lacking, as in non existent. The only way to hear any bass is if I connect Bluetooth from my phone and use a equalizer app on my phone with bass turned up. Very very disappointed.”

Check woofer volume on remote. I had same issue and was pressing woofer button in. Here turns out it must be pressed up or down. Watch sound bar and volume numbers will be displayed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you adjust the subwoofer levels up to +6. If you then lower it down to -6 you should hear a pretty substantial difference. If not, maybe its not connected properly.
