• Yes, the HDMI ARC port is the preferred way to connect it according to the Best Buy tech. The advantage of the HDMI ARC port vs. a regular HDMI port is that the ARC port is bi-directional. So you can use you regular tv remote to turn the sound bar on/off and control the volume.
