“I just bought this Samsung - 3.1 -Channel Soundbar System. The remote volume button only goes to Mute or Vol. 20. Can't turn it up or down. Why? Is it becuz that remote isn't synced to my Time Warner remote yet? Or something else?”

• The volume button is tricky - don't press down on it like a button; it's really a toggle switch. Place your thumb below the "button" and push it UP to increase the volume or DOWN to decrease it. I thought the same thing until we figured it out.

• It is a simple remedy on your remote just hit the surround button then push the volume up and it will go all the way up to 100
