Hello Ecofreak. How is the sound bar being connected to the TV (HDMI, AUX, Bluetooth, Optical)? Also, what is the TV that you are connecting it to (SAMSUNG, SONY, etc)? Please share the model number of the TV?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.TV and soundbar seem to be on different controllers. When you mute the TV you play via the soundbar without echo and use only the soundbar controller. If you don't get a "Hello" across the soundbar I suspect there's something wrong with the way it's connected. Hope this helps.
