“Hello, I bought this sound bar and we hooked it up per instructions. At full volume there isn't much there, especially compared with the last Samsung sound bar that we purchased. Please help!! Bass and tremble are set, don't know what else to do.”

Go into your tv settings and see which setting its on... i.e Dolby Digital/ DTS.... switch it to one of those and see if that helps (I use DTS because I believe it sounds better than Dolby Digital IMO)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you also set the subwoofer volume on 6. it is the the right little black switch that goes up and down on your remote. Sometimes i accidentally lower it. Also make sure you're using the optical cable that's included for that gives you the best sound. Hope that helps.
