- Answer No, there are different preset sound modes you can choose from. you can customize further by increasing trable or bass or both in the advanced settings.

QuestionSo I just purchased this and set it up. Not impressed. The sub is almost quiet except in some action scenes with all settings on +6. Should I have it hooked up with the ARC on my TV instead of the optical? Also the clarity of the bar isn't the best.

- Answer HDMI (ARC) is the best for this soundbar. Your TV must be set to use the ARC portion of HDMI. You will have to go through your tv manual to set it up, once setup correctly it will blow you out of your house with awesome theater sound!!!

QuestionWe bought a LG nano cell tv a week ago and have a samsung newest sound bar. We hooked our Directv to the sound bar in HDMI 1 and than the sound bar to HDMI 2ARC and everything worked great until yesterday afternoon. We no longer get sound. Help!!
