Questionthe soundwoofer (bass) is great and powerful with high volume (50++) but the sound is toooo loud . (SW did set to +6 and even the treble set to -6) hopping for a louder bass with lower sound but its not working.Can i have lower sound with a louder bass ??

QuestionI purchased the Soundbar a week ago and it hooked up very easily and sounds great, but it has lost connection twice in a week. It is easy to re connect but how can I stop it from happening? Thanks

- Answer Connect using the Optical Cable (supplied with the system) and connect using the TV remote. After linking, the system should turn off and on with the TV remote and stay connected.

QuestionI just got my new samsung HW M550 delivered yesterday from Best Buy. I got it all set up and connected to my Samsung TV but I'm unable to connect my Android phone to it. For what ever reason, bluetooth is not detecting it. Can you help?

QuestionI have it set to turn on automatically when turning on the tv and it worked great. But when I turn off the tv, the sound bar stays on. My question is will the soundbar turn off after an amount of idle inactivity if we don’t turn off manually?

- Answer Bluetooth devices can connect to this soundbar. However, you cannot connect more than 1 Bluetooth device at a time. But I'm trying to understand what it is you want to do. It sounds like you want to listen to your TV, with your wireless headphones, through the sound bar, right? I don't think that will work, simply because you have to switch the source for the sound bar to Bluetooth to connect to your headphones which would disconnect your TV. Best Buy Geek Squad could clarify if what you want to do is possible.

- Answer The curve and the price. I have the curved tv, but i got the straight sound bar duebto price. It sits below the tv on a shelf. TV is wall mounted so it doesnt matter to me.

- Answer Per the reply of hooking up HDMI and messing with tv sound settings. Can you also do this via Fiber optic? my TV doesnt have HDMI. will this still help bring sub volume up?

QuestionI bought both hw-m550 and swa-8500s I can not get them to connect through Bluetooth. I have followed the direction and it does not work. The sound bar does not have the same buttons I hold down the volume button and nothing happens.

- Answer Turn off the soundbar. press in on the volume button dont toggle it press the button in after 5 or 6 seconds the soundbar will link. Now turn on the soundbar the rear speaker unit should go solid blue instead of blinking.
