• Judging by the IRS' Web site at http://www.irs.gov/Businesses/Corporations/Manufacturers'-Energy-Efficient-Appliance-Credit, I think only Samsung can claim a credit (not we consumers).

• Thanks for the question. The WF361BVBEWR has a Modified Energy Factor (MEF) of 3.12 and a Water Factor (WF) of 3.01. Based on the criteria provided it would appear to qualify for the credit. However, since this washer was introduced in 2012, not 2011 as specified, I would suggest contacting your local energy provider to confirm eligibility. - Ms. Samsung
