QuestionLooking for a good front loading washing machine with cold inlet only that has heating element inside to heat the cold water to desired temperature.What are recommendations for an efficient front loading washing machine reasonably priced that has a cold inlet only and will heat water to desired temperature? I need to purchase a new washing machine. I have a lot of iron in my water heater and therefore only want to use a washing machine with a cold inlet only. Any suggestions?

- Answer The internal heater in the WF365 and other Samsung washing machines is designed primarily to boost the incoming water temperature to above 150°F when Sanitize is selected, as well as enabling Pure Cycle for cleaning the drum. It is not intended to replace a hot water hook-up, and the washers will not function properly without a hot water connection Thank you for considering Samsung! - Ms. Samsung

- Answer Yes. Unlike other steam cleaning machines though it gets the water from the regular water supply line.

Questioncycle timecan you set your own cycle time on each selectors? I chose the delicate/hand wash cycle and I think 45 minutes is a lot.

- Answer As far as I know, you cannot control the cycle time, except on the spin cycle. The washer displays the estimated cycle time. The actual cycle time varies according to the laundry, detergent, water temp and pressure. To do spin only, hold down the spin button for 2 seconds then press spin again to select spin time (4 choices).

QuestionIs the door reversible?The matching drier is listed as having a reversible door, but I cannot find which way the door on the washer swings or if it is reversible. My hookups put the washer on the right so I want the door to open left to right..

- Answer No. Because the washer has a special lock on one side that locks once the washer begins to wash.

- Answer Thanks for the question. The bleach dispenser compartment will be flushed with water to dilute the bleach at the appropriate time during all wash cycles, so there's no need to select a particular program for it. More information on adding bleach and other detergents can be found in the user manual. - Ms. Samsung
