• There is just one center grate. The wok holder is a separate ring that is designed to fit over the center high power burner. It is easy to attach. The wok ring has notches that fit securely over the main grate for a stable base for the wok. It really works well and once cool, just lift it off and tuck away in a drawer or cupboard.
